LET'S TALK ABOUT PURPOSE

P-U-R-P-O-S-E is a beautiful word, it means the reason why something or someone exists. Now let’s pause here for a moment, Have you asked yourself what is the reason for your existence? What is your life purpose ? .............. We believe your life meaning is what makes you feel alive and motivated to keep going. As soon as you identify your life purpose, it becomes easier for you to make decisions in life and to keep a clear focus on where you want to go.

But Why is purpose so important?

The purpose is connected with the calling that God has assigned to you. You have a unique assignment, and by knowing your life purpose and the meaning of your life; your actions, decisions, and choices are going to be the leading factors in how you continue to advance in life towards the fulfillment of your unique calling.

Who knows my life purpose?

God designed you for a reason and in him, you’ll find your purpose.

The following bible verse reminds us that God knows the plans for our lives, he had already planned something special for you; for your present and future. The good news about it is that everything he planned for us is good, worthy, and great, and it brings joy to our lives.

“'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. '” — Jeremiah 29:11

We believe that the more you get to know God, the more you get to know your life purpose. We can only discover the purpose or the reason of something by getting closer to the author of it, God is the author of your life, and the more you know his heart, mind, and will, the more clarity and understanding you’ll gain about your calling.

Only the purpose of God Prevails

Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails. Proverbs 19:21 Probably you have experienced frustration in your own plans or life projects, and the Lord wants to remind us that is his purpose that will last. It all depends on how obedient and willing you are to say yes to his plan for your life. The bible testifies how Daniel, David, and Joseph walk in God's plan for their lives. We learned from them that is necessary to be obedient, to surrender our lives to God, and to have communion with the Holy Spirit in order to keep walking in his purpose.

The Beauty of walking in God’s purpose

When we come to know more about God we’ll find that his heart is the people. That our gifts, talents, and skills are to be shared. In the following bible verse, we find David asking God to give him a heart that is not going to be motivated by selfish gain.

Psalm 119:36 Turn my heart toward your statutes and not toward selfish gain.

Check your heart

Before God trusts you with something he likes to make sure your heart's intentions are pure. By checking your heart, you’ll identify what are your motivations and you can also check if your heart's intentions will are aligned with the will of God.

Search and find your true life purpose in the presence of God, it will really make a difference in all you do.

We pray God will draw you closer to him and you will receive impartation to walk in your calling and life purpose. Have faith and be ready, God will do mighty things with you and through you!
